Greg Carbone - Experienced Commercial Executive

A sales leader based in Washington Township, New Jersey, Greg Carbone has built high-impact sales structures in blue-chip consumer packaged goods companies. His career has spanned more than two decades. In that time, Greg Carbone has consistently advanced revenue growth and market share while strengthening customer partnerships and operational performance.

Currently, Greg Carbone is the vice president of commercial engagement and portable snacks at Kellanova. He leads commercial strategy for a $2.2 billion portfolio that includes Pop Tarts, Rice Krispies Treats, and Special K. He develops and deploys commercial plans across big-box retail stores while guiding omni-channel execution. He also partners with supply chain, marketing, finance, and R&D teams to increase operations efficiency and profit.

Prior to this role, Greg Carbone was the east region vice president at Kellogg USA. He oversaw a $700 million-a-year product portfolio that included snacks, cereals, and frozen food, and managed a team of 40 associates. His work enhanced digital shelf performance, streamlined omni-commerce investments, optimized pricing, and supported charitable initiatives like the Kellogg Better Days program.

Mr. Carbone has previously worked as a national sales director at Reckitt Benckiser, and as vice president of customer development and sales at Melissa & Doug, LLC. He contributed to growth initiatives, expanding distribution and launching new product lines while implementing monthly forecasting and P/L review to strengthen customer service and accountability.

Mr. Carbone earned a BA in psychology from the University of Connecticut. He supports the Alzheimer’s Association, and his hobbies include Crossfit, weightlifting, and going to the beach.
